Our Firm
After a high-quality academic path in a university and a business school (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and HEC Paris), Aurélie Thuégaz has worked in different firms in Paris and London .
Attorney at the bars of Paris and Brussells , Doctor of Law , she founded the law firm Thuégaz Avocats in 2014. Her practice focuses primarily on the financial and non-financial aspects of family law.
Moreover, Aurélie Thuégaz is also a teaching assistant in family law since 2009 at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Passionate about law, he completed his legal studies at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, culminating in a Master 2 (DEA) in Industrial and Artistic Property Law.
He gained experience within international firms: in 2006 in the United States at a major American law firm, Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP, and in 2010 in London at Cartwright Adams Solicitor and Fauchon-Levy.
A member of the Paris Bar and lecturer in Intellectual Property Law at university, he mainly practices in the fields of intellectual property (copyright, trademark law, designs and models), press and publishing law (defamation, insult), image rights and privacy, and art market law.
Having practised independently since 2011, he founded the firm BLONDIEAU ROBERT-GARY in 2021 together with his colleague Stéphane ROBERT-GARY.
Holder of a Master’s degree in Business Law with a specialization in Literary and Artistic Property, as well as a Master 2 (DESS) in Law and Administration of Audiovisual Communication from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, he began his career in the legal department of TF1 International, the film and audiovisual distribution subsidiary of the TF1 group, before becoming a member of the Paris Bar in 2006.
For 15 years, he worked with renowned intellectual property firms (Cabinet Châtel and Cabinet Axelle Schmitz) and developed recognized expertise in both advisory and litigation work, particularly in copyright law (film, audiovisual, music, live performance, publishing, art, design, etc.), trademark law, image rights (privacy, advertising, etc.), as well as contract negotiation (all types of agreements) and business law (company formation, shareholders’ agreements, etc.).
He joined his colleague Alexandre Blondieau in 2021 to found the firm BLONDIEAU ROBERT-GARY together with him.
A member of the Paris Bar and holder of a Master 2 in Judicial Careers and Litigation, Victoria Duval has developed strong expertise in family law and wealth taxation.
She joined Thuégaz in 2019, where she supported clients for several years in complex matters, including contentious and amicable divorces, international estates, maintenance obligations, and cross-border tax filings.
Victoria Duval also broadened her experience at the Versailles Court of Appeal, where she took part in drafting proposed decisions and reviewing contentious case files.
