Our associated professionals
Inès Bouzayen, a lawyer, obtained a Master 2 in English and North American Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2016, where she studied, in particular, U.S. copyright law and trademark law.
She trained at French and Anglo-Saxon firms specializing in intellectual property law (Herbert Smith Freehills) and press law (August et Debouzy). She also worked in the Media and Audiovisual department of The Walt Disney Company France.
Alongside her legal studies, Inès also pursued art history studies at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
She joined the firm in 2020 after working with a firm specializing in copyright law and press law.
Christian Jubault, agrégé in French law faculties and holder of a higher diploma in notarial law, is a professor at the University of Littoral (c.o). A former senior lecturer at the University of Paris II, he also taught for several years at the Paris Notarial Professional Training Center (CFPNP).
Christian Jubault brings a consulting approach. He is notably the author of a book on inheritance law, backed by extensive practical experience in both notarial and litigation matters. He works with the firm particularly on copyright succession matters, patrimonial law, estate planning, contract law, and civil procedure.
